Good Workout
One of the things I’ve been annoyed w/myself about lately is my gym schedule. I’ve steadily been getting worse and worse. Everything from missing days to only half ass working out while I’m there.
Today, I really pushed myself to get their on time (for me) and to do a complete workout. I had to drop weight on several exercises toward the end but it felt so good to do a complete workout. I left in a great mood for my first day back to work after my short vacation.

Hey studly, glad to hear you’re getting back into the gym too! I know how you feel though.. sometimes motivation is my worse nemesis. If I don’t pack my gym bag ahead of time, I sometimes just give up. Which of course is a total setback if I want to make some serious changes, right? Anyway, don’t give up bro.. I have faith in you!
BTW, thanks for your comment on my blog about last weeks hotties.. you ACTUALLY saw those two guys at Pride? HOT.. I figured they were porn stars… but it’s always awesome to see that shit in person, well at least it kinda is for me.. coming from an island in the middle of nowhere ;). Have a great week man!
