Just fyi – actually this has changed, at least when I tried it a couple minutes ago (twice) –
It now says:
1. Call 916-445-2841
2. press 1 (for English) or 2 (for Spanish)
3. press 5 (for hot issue topics)
4. press 0 to speak to a representative.
5. Our office is closed please call during normal business hours.
-Called 1030 am Saturday…
